Six Corvettes left Moncton on a gloomy morning headed for Sussex and the final cruise in of the season for the local car club. By the time we reached the location in downtown Sussex about half an hour later, the sun was out and the day became quite warm for the afternoon. Three GMCC members arrived from other locations (one driving his beautiful '32 Chev roadster), so we were 8 Corvettes and a roadster in total. We spent a very pleasant afternoon walking among the many cars and trucks on display and chatting in the shade of some nearby trees. After the show, we headed straight back to Moncton with a stop at the DQ is Salisbury for ice cream treats!
