The regular monthly meeting was called to order by the president at 7 PM with 13 members in attendance.
Minutes of the July 2018 meeting were accepted as read.Continuing Business:
a) current membership stands at 132
b) information from the Great Race indicates there was a miscommunication re need for volunteers
c) we have picked up two new sponsors for this year --- Vancouver Clear Bra and Flawless Paint Repair of Moncton
d) the president reported on the Atlantic Nationals activities. Special thanks go to those who participates in any way and we urge members to patronize our sponsors
e) reports on the July trips ---
i) Nova Scotia organized by Dave and Sharon Gates --- special thanks to the Hines
ii) alpaca farm tour and Rogersville monastery organized by Don and Debbie MacAuley
iii) Memramcook Show had 8 cars from GMCC
Financial Report:(paper report attached) Balance stands at $xxxx with outstanding contribution of $2000 to Autism due by the end of current season. Expenses this month were $574.82 with income of $832.94.Report acceptance
