Present: Angie Bourgeois, Paul Dunn, Dave and Louise Fyffe, Gary Gaskin, Charles Gould, Wornick Price, Trueman Copp, Doug MacDonald, Chanel Michaud, Rick and Helen Estabrooks, Greg Zwicker, and George Scott. (14)y

The regular monthly meeting was called to order by Angie Bourgeois in the absence of the president at 7 PM with 14 members in attendance.  Membership stands at 146 and one new member, George Scott, was welcomed.

Minutes of the September 2018 were accepted as read.

Continuing Business:
​Reports on last month's runs were read by the chair --- Miramichi Drags attended by 8-10 cars; Belliveau Orchard, Keillor House, Dorchester Jail, Painted Pony for lunch, and on to Jollicure for ice cream and bakery items; Shippegan run has been cancelled to next year; Ryes Run had 13 cars in attendance.

Financial Report:

Balance stands at $Xxxx with deposits of $317.50 and withdrawals of $270.45.

New Business:
​Upcoming runs were discussed:
October 7 --- 10 drivers will help with the Miss Teen Pageant in Dieppe
October 13 --- President's Run to Pictou with a visit to Rolly MacDonald's
October 21 --- Truman's Run to Bobby Cook's, to Alma for lobster and on to                                    ​Goshen snowmobile club.  Our club will purchase a $100 ticket from the ​snowmobile club on their annual draw.
October 26 --- Hampton Middle School show
October 27 --- Atlantic Corvette Clubs meeting

Two runs for next year are already planned to be on the schedule ---- Shippegan/Miscou overnight and McAdam Railway Tour for a day trip.

There being no further business the meeting was declared adjourned on motion of Chanel Michaud.

50/50 draw winner was Rick Estabrooks for $16.
