Present :  Bob Cormier, Helen and Rick Estabrooks, Angela and Roger Bourgeois

President Roger Bourgeois opened meeting wishing everyone well and asked how everyone was doing.

Minutes of previous meeting were not read as they can be reviewed online.

Old Business : President reported on activities.
1)   President advised CCCC meeting was held via skype two weeks ago with 11 other clubs participating.  Considering all it was a great meeting.  Going through their financial status they advised most sponsors are continuing to be behind them.  Most clubs reported they proceeded with their summer like the Moncton Club holding small gatherings with some still giving to their charities it they could.
2)  Covered bridges run, 11 cars participated where they saw or drove over 7 covered bridges from Smith Creek to Bloomfield, roads were good in most cases scenery was excellent with lots of colors to be seen.
3)  Ryes Run was held on a great day.  Left with 12 cars.  Drove to Smith Creek, Hampton, Quispamsis, then to Saint Martins.  Made a few stops on the way.  Lost a few cars between Hampton and Quispamsis.  Had a great day.

Financial Report :  Wornick Price was not on the call, however bills submitted for payment in the amount of $155.47, Costco $46 for C8 die cast cars and $109.47 for printer ink.  Financial statement was submitted by Treasurer Price bank balance XXXXX.

New Business :  1)  Run planned for Oct 10 to Casssie Cape, Cocagne, Bouctouche then to Soap manufacturer, this run to be held with PEI Club.
2)  Lobster Run planned for Oct 17 will have two settings first to leave at 9 am and the second 10:30.  The 9am spot to be filled first with the overflow at 10.

There being no further business meeting adjourned by President.

Next meeting scheduled for November.
