Thank you to Steve Whalen for the following write-up and pictures.

We had a fantastic trip!! Four vettes left Irving Dieppe at 7:00 am on  and headed to Truro where we met up with fifth  member of Moncton. There were 17 members from the NS group as well as a couple from Niagara Falls Ontario that came down for this run. 23 cars left the Truro Power Center and headed towards Cheticamp. The weather was cool ,but the sun was shining and the skies were clear. On our way we stop at Glenora Inn and Distillery for lunch. The Inn sat beneath a treed mountain with the fall colors overlooking it. The view was unbelievable. After a nice lunch and a tour of the Whiskey Distillery we then proceeded to Cheticamp where we will be staying for the first night. I have to say the trees were still full and gave off every colour imaginable. It was hard keeping your eyes on the road. When we arrived in Cheticamp we stayed in two separate motels minutes from each other where we had a couple hours to rest before we all met for supper at All Aboard Restaurant where we ate a very good meal and listened to a couple play Keltic music. After a long day, bellies full, the only thing we could think of at that point was getting rest for another great day. We woke up seeing we have gotten a little shower through the night. Sunday morning at 9:15 am the two motels met up and headed to Cabot Trail.  It was another gorgeous day as the sun was gleaming off the many colors. The trees were full , the roads were great and there was no fog!!! We all stopped at many look out spots took pictures , looked in awe and got to know the other members. I have to say 23 cars going up and down mountains , stopping at various stops along the way was pretty fantastic. Everything ran perfectly. About 12:30 we stopped at Keltic Lodge where they'd had set up a wonderful buffet for us. We all posed for a group picture over looking the water. We made it through the Cabot Trail without a problem and headed to Sydney where we stayed at the Hampton Inn. As we drove in to Sydney we ran into some rain, nothing of any significance and was done by the time we arrived at our hotel.  The next day the group had another full day planned ending with a BBQ at Mark Delorey member of the NS club.
We must say the three days were beautiful, could not of asked for better memories. The NS club was great with the Moncton members we felt welcome from day one. We not only were able to see beauty that most only see in pictures but we have made new friends.
