On a very cool, clear Autumn morning, 17 Corvettes set out from Riverview on a drive through Albert County.  We followed Route 114 along the coast of the Bay of Fundy to the town of Hillsborough where we met up with 2 more vehicles and this brought our caravan to 18 Corvettes and 1 Dodge Ram pick-up truck!!  From Hillsborough we continued along Rte 114 to the village of Riverside-Albert where we made a brief rest stop and then we turned onto the coastal road through New Horton, the location of the infamous Ha Ha Cemetery (as we learned from Truman).  We drove on to Alma where we stopped to do our shopping at Collins Lobster Pound and Kelly's Bake Shop.  From there, we travelled into Fundy National Park and stopped at the lookout for a group photo and were surprised when 6 Corvettes from the Fredericton club pulled in right behind us.  After our photo session we followed Truman further along Rte 114 to the Goshen Snowmobile Club where the lobster was thoroughly enjoyed.  After lunch there were draws for prizes generously provided by Truman and then we got back on the road and travelled to Sussex and then back to Moncton on Rte 890 through Cornhill.  The rain held off and the leaves were bright and colourful all along the way, making for a very enjoyable Fall tour.  Many thanks to Truman Copp and Charles Gould for organizing it for us.
