Present: Angie Bourgeois, Dave and Louise Fyffe, Gary Gaskin, Charles Gould, Ed LeBlanc, Don MacAuley, Wornick Price, Dwight and Libby Rayworth, Steve Whalen, Jake Clements, Ken Cameron, Trueman Copp

The regular monthly meeting of the club was called to order at 7 PM by the temporary chair, Angie Bourgeois, in the absence of the president.

The minutes of the January meeting were accepted as read.

Old Business:
a) The January 17th breakfast was well attended and the draft program for the 2016 season was written and is currently being adjusted.
b) The draft program was read and discussed.

Financial Report:
Our current account stands at $________ with expenses for the month of $185.40.

New Business:
a) Maritime Motor Sports has asked us to sell 3 tickets on their current draw for March 26, 2016
b) The next breakfast will be held on February 21st at 9 AM.
c) A thank you has been received from Lou MacNarin School for our Christmas donation
d) Don MacAuley is in charge of gathering the cars for Speed Sport East
e) Ed LeBlanc reported on embroidery he had done on his coat
f) Steve White is working on the 25th anniversary for the club.  A banner to be used for Speed Sport East was suggested 

Adjournment was moved at 7:30 PM by Libby Rayworth

50/50 draw was $14 won by Louise Fyffe
