Greater Moncton Corvette Club
March 07, 2016​ 7 PM​ Lounsbury Meeting Room
Present: Roger and Angie Bourgeois, Paul Dunn, Dave and Louise Fyffe, Gary and Suzanne Gaskin, Ed LeBlanc, Charles Gould, Don MacAuley, Wornick Price, Dwight and Libby Rayworth, Bob Steeves, Victor LeBlanc, and Vernon Croswaite.

The regular monthly meeting of the club was called to order by the president at 7 PM with 16 members present.

The minutes of the February meeting were accepted as read.

Old Business:
a) Nine members attended the February breakfast.
b) Thanks were extended to Don MacAuley for his work in organizing the Corvette display for Speed Sport East.  Lounsbury's will pay the entrance fees as our sponsor and may add a car if one is available.  Two banners have been ordered for display and several volunteers have offered their time for set up and supervision.
c) The tickets for the Sports Hall of Fame draw are still for sale.
d) The June trip to Ontario is well organized and 8 cars are registered to date.  Roger and Angie are the contacts for this trip.

Financial Report:

Our current account stands at xxxxxx with expenses of $438.70 for the month.

a) Big Brothers/Big Sisters contribution of $50 for Bowl for Kids.

b) Purchase of car stickers with our new logo will discussed at the April meeting.

New Business:
a) Sympathy is extended to Ken Cameron and his family on the death of his sister.
b) A calendar received from Dave and Donna Case was circulated.
c) Quad C financial statements and meeting minutes have been received.
d) Members are reminded to book early for summer events due to limited rooms available.
e) The Campobello trip will be postponed to 2017.
f) The next breakfast will be March 20th at 9AM.
g) An "open house" event is scheduled for April 9th with a pot luck to follow.  Members are encouraged to bring pictures and memorabilia.
h) Steeves Reunion plans are in place and the club is prepared to provide cars as needed.
i) Gary Gaskin will check to see if we can advertise our car shows on the Corvette Museum Site.

Meeting was declared adjourned by the president followed by the 50/50 draw won by Don MacAuley for $14.75.
