Greater Moncton Corvette Club
April 04, 2016      7 PM      
Lounsbury Meeting Room
Present: Roger and Angie Bourgeois, Paul Dunn, Dave and Louise Fyffe, Gary Gaskin, Charles Gould, Ed LeBlanc, Don MacAuley, Wornick Price, Dwight and Libby Rayworth, Steve Whalen, Jake Clements, Ken Cameron, and Victor LeBlanc.

The regular monthly meeting of the club was called to order by the president at 7 PM with 16 members present.

The minutes of the March meeting were accepted as read.

Old Business:
a) Two members attended the March breakfast.  There will be no gathering this month.
b) The open house event will be held at 2 PM on April 09 in the Lounsbury meeting room with munchies, tea and coffee.  Angie will check on parking for Corvettes.
c) Kevin Horsman is the new Lounsbury contact person for the club.

Our current account *** and no expenses for the month.
   Moved: Wornick Price   Seconded: Steve Whalen   Accepted
Expenses to be paid included $443.53 for the new logo stickers.  Motion to pay expenses.

New Business:
a) Thanks to Gary Gaskin on having our show shown on the Corvette Museum site.
b) Atlantic Corvette meeting will be held on April 16.  Concerns to be forwarded to Roger.
c) Eleven cars are registered for Speed Sport East.  Due to the Wildcats playoff schedule, there may be changes made to load-in times for the show.  Don is managing this event for the club and the details were discussed at length.
d) Ontario trip — 8 cars have registered and the trip is now open to other clubs.
e) May 01 will be the Blair Moland Run with the NS Club.
f) Steve Whalen reported great interest in the Yarmouth trip (July 15-17).
g) The date for Hub City Classic will be August 27/28 at the Casino.
h) River Valley Vetts show is set for June 17-19.
i) Seventeen cars are registered for the Gaspe tour and rooms are now scarce.
j) Thank you note was received from Ken Cameron and family.
k) Twenty two cars are registered for Oak Island and only 40 are allowed for the trip.

Adjournment was declared at 8 PM and the 50/50 draw was won by Gary Gaskin.
