Nineteen Corvettes and a VW left Moncton on a beautiful Autumn day for the annual lobster run to the village of Alma at the entrance to Fundy National Park.  As we passed through Hillsborough, another car joined the caravan.  We followed Rte 114 to Riverside-Albert where we turned onto Rte 915 to follow the coastline to Alma.  In Alma, we all parked at the curb and our cars stretched almost the length of the main street.  Lobster season has just opened in this area and the shop has lots of large, freshly cooked lobsters.  In addition to lobster, Alma is famous for a local bakery, home of the "sticky bun" so many of the folks in the group stocked up on these as well as the lobster.  When we left town, we drove through the National Park and continued on Rte 114 to the Goshen Snowmobile Club where everything was set up for us to enjoy our feed of lobster.  After departing from the snowmobile club, we travelled back roads through Elgin to Salisbury and home.

Thanks to Trueman for making the arrangements and to the Goshen Snowmobile Club for their hospitality.
