GMCC Monthly Meeting Minutes - March 6, 2017

Present: Angie Bourgeois, Dave and Louise Fyffe, Gary Gaskin, Charles Gould, Ed LeBlanc, Don MacAuley, Wornick Price, Dwight and Libby Rayworth, Ken Cameron, Chanel Michaud, Paul and Monique Girouard (14)

The regular monthly meeting was called to order by Vice President Angie Bourgeois with 14 members present.  Our president was away on business.

There being no errors or omissions the February 2017 minutes were accepted as read.
It was noted that the turn-out for the February 19th breakfast was low.

Financial report was accepted as presented by the treasurer (see paper copy).

Bills for payment were approved as presented.

New Business:
a)   Paid membership is now 64
b)   March 25th Open House from 2 – 4 PM in our meeting rooms
c)   March 19th club breakfast at Knights of Columbus
d)   Speed Sport East report – Don MacAuley – 8 cars in Agrena Annex B – most are confirmed with an emphasis on cars that have not been shown before
e)   Sixteen have registered for the Newfoundland trip and further registration must be done as soon as possible
