Greater Moncton Corvette Club
April 03, 2017​
Lounsbury Meeting Room​7 PM

Present: Roger and Angie Bourgeois, Dave and Louise Fyffe, Roger and Leontine Boudreau, Paul Dunn, Gary Gaskin, Charles Gould, Ed LeBlanc, Don MacAuley, Jake Clements, Ken Cameron, Trueman Copp, Vernon Croswaite,  Paul and Monique Girouard. (17)

The regular monthly meeting was called to order by President Roger Bourgeois with 17 members being welcomed.

There being no errors or omissions, the March 2017 minutes were accepted as read.

Continuing Business:
a) Speed Sport East – Don MacAuley – volunteers will be needed after lunch on April 20th to help with final set up.  Paul Dunn will send out requests for weekend volunteers closer to the date.  All cars are in place.
b) March 19th breakfast was well attended.
c) Open House was attended by GMCC with Ann and Ron, our members from Fredericton, making the trip.
d) Newfoundland trip with 10 adults and 1 child registered with 4 cars on the trip

Financial report was presented by the president in the absence of the treasurer. Report was accepted as presented.

The current balance is $Xxxx.  (see attached paper copy).
There were no bills for payment.

New Business:
a) We look forward to our cars being out by May 01.  Some trips will be cancelled or rearranged due to road conditions, especially in Albert County.
b) Atlantic Nationals --- four Corvette couples will attend from southern Ontario.
c) Thanks offered to Paul Dunn for his CCCC News article.
d) Atlantic Corvette Club meeting will be held on April 22nd where we will learn about the summer plans of other clubs in the area.  Please send any questions for discussion to Roger.
e) Discussions will be held with Kevin re the Lounsbury Show based on information we submitted last year.
f) The club is open to suggested new trips for the season.

There being no further business the meeting was declared adjourned on motion by Angie Bourgeois  followed by the 50/50 draw won by Don MacAuley for $16.
