Greater Moncton Corvette Club
March 05, 2018           
Lounsbury Meeting Room       
7 PM

Present: Roger and Angie Bourgeois, Paul Dunn, Dave and Louise Fyffe, Gary Gaskin, Don MacAulay, Wornick Price, Steve Whalen, Chanel Michaud, Rick and Helen Estabrooks, and Greg Zwicker.

The regular monthly meeting was called to order by the president at 7 PM with 13 members in attendance. 

Minutes of the January 2018 meeting were accepted as read by the secretary.

Continuing Business:
a) Two couples attended the January breakfast.
b) Current paid membership stands at 94 not including 3 new cars sold by Lounsbury's.

Financial Report:
(see attached paper copy)
a) Treasurer reported the opening balance on March 01 at $XX.  Report accepted.

b) Bills for payment were $31.85 for supplies.
            Moved: Paul Dunn        Seconded: Greg Zwicker         
            Approved
c) The invoice for Lounsbury's sponsorship cheque has been submitted by the president.
d) The annual donation for bowling with the Boys and Girls Club will be forwarded.

New Business:
a)      Next Knights of Columbus breakfast will be March 18th.
b)      Don MacAulay is in charge of  our part of Speed Sport East (April 13 – 15) and will be seeking volunteers as needed
c)      The president will be on holiday during SSE and his notes will be forwarded to              the executive to be read at the Atlantic Corvette meeting on April 14th at Lounsbury Meeting Room at 10 AM.  Members are welcome to attend as observers.
d)      A 1995 VCR car show tape has been found and Greg Zwicker will try to have it reworked to include in his presentations.
e)      Belated word has been received of the death of James Sullivan who was a Lounsbury Corvette owner.
f)        Updated information is available on the website regarding the September trip to Rimouski and Edmunston.

There being no further business the meeting was declared adjourned at 8 PM.
The 50/50 draw was won by Louise for $12.
