The day started with the final club breakfast for the season at the Knights of Columbus Hall at 8:00 am.  Following breakfast, we gathered in the parking lot for our 9:00 am departure to Fredericton for a visit to a private car collection in that area.  A total of 14 cars left Moncton and drove to our first stop at the Big Stop in Lincoln, NB to meet up with friends from the River Valley Vettes car club.  We departed from the Big Stop in a caravan of about 20 cars and travelled to our destination, the incredible car and truck collection owned by Mike Greer.  We spent about an hour there, admiring the beautiful vehicles and all the oil company artifacts from a bygone era - oil cans and bottles, gas pumps, signage and more.  From here, we travelled to Porter's Diner for lunch before getting back on the highway for the drive back to Moncton.
Thank you to Mike Greer for allowing us to share his wonderful collection.
