Oct 21, 2018 - Trueman's Lobster Run

A total of 24 cars made this run today, thanks in large part to the beautiful weather - a clear, cool autumn day.  Our first stop after departing from Riverview was at Bobby and Lana Cooke's garage.  Unfortunately, Bobby could not be there as he is in the hospital but we were ably hosted by Lana and their son Jeff.  Everyone in the club wishes Bobby a speedy and complete recovery.  After our tour of this incredible collection of cars, trucks, bikes and snowmobiles we continued our drive to Alma where we purchased our lobster from Collins and other treats from Kelly's Bake Shop (home of the sticky bun).  A drive through Fundy National Park took us to the Goshen Snowmobile Clubhouse where we proceeded to feast on the lobster and other goodies provided by club members.  Draws were held for some nice prizes and then it was time to say good-bye for another year, except for those going to Hampton this Friday.
Thanks to Trueman and Margaret for putting together a great event.  Can't wait for next year!
