Attached are the Registration and Clothing Order Forms for Bar Harbor 2019!  Our theme for the May 31 through June 2 event is "Tropical Paradise."  These registration materials are also available at the VOCM website (www.vettesofcoastalmaine.org).  Note the registration deadline of February 1, 2019.  Early registration is appreciated in order to help us adequately plan for the event, and so that I can handle the registration processing outside of my busy tax season.  We expect the 2019 event will be very heavily attended, so be sure to register early.

Payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot.  Any registrations received without payment will be held until payment is received.  For those of you attending who reside in Canada, payment in U.S. funds is required.  We find most Canadians who attend either get a check from their bank (denominated in U.S. funds) or a money order from the Canadian Postal Service (denominated in U.S. funds).   

Contact information for booking your hotel room directly with the staff at either the Wonder View or the Bluenose can be found on the attached registration form.  Those hotels are now closed for the season, so you might need to leave a message for them to call you back.  When booking your room, be sure to mention you are part of the Corvette / Vettes of Coastal Maine group.

Those wishing to participate in the Thursday evening meet and greet will depart from McDonald's Magnetic Hill on Thursday at 7:30 am.  Those wishing to leave on Friday, may leave from the that same location at 7:30 a.m.
