Present: Roger and Angie Bourgeois, Paul Dunn, Dave and Louise Fyffe, Gary Gaskin, Charles Gould, Ed LeBlanc, Wornick Price, Dwight and Libby Rayworth, Chanel Michaud, Paul and Monique Girouard, Betty May Madden, Rick and Helen Estabrooks, and Bob Cormier (18)

The meeting was called to order by the president at 7 PM with a welcome to all and a special note that Betty May Madden had travelled the farthest to attend.

Minutes of the January meeting were accepted as read.

Continuing/Old Business:
a) The January breakfast gathering was well attended where the planning for 2019 was undertaken.
b) Victor Le Blanc has thanked the club for our contribution to the cystic fibrosis group. 

Financial Report:
​Financial activity for the month showed expenses of $853.75 and income of $608.49 resulting in a balance of $Xxx with outstanding cheques totally $900.
MOTION:
Financial report accepted.

MOTION:
Forty dollars for the purchase of the 2014 season book by Paul Dunn was approved.

New Business:
a) Member information --- Wayne Gillcash (GMCC former member) and Doug Ward (Saint John club) have recently passed away; Victor LeBlanc and Leotine Boudreau are both recovering from time in hospital.
b) An amendment to the constitution (page 1, section 5, A/)was approved as follows:
MOTION:
...an amount to be determined by the Executive at the November meeting and approved by a majority vote from eligible members at that meeting, will be payable on January 01 and no later than February 28 of the current year.
Remove sentence beginning "Members joining after October 01.....

c) The events calendar for the season was reviewed in detail and will be posted on the web site.  The president thanked all those who have contributed to this work.
d) Please let the president know if you plan on entering your car in Speed Sport East.
e) Corvette Depot in Windsor, Ontario has contacted our club offering special discounts and rewards for after market purchases.  Please bear in mind that Lounsbury's offers our members a 25% discount on many items and you are encouraged to support local businesses.

There being no further business the meeting was declared adjourned.

The 50/50 draw was won by Ed LeBlanc for $17.
