Video Chat 7pm

Present :  On chat Bob Cormier and Melissa Bourque, Roger and Angela Bourgeois, Rick and Helen Estabrooks, joining by phone Wornick Price.

The club executive decided to draw for Irving gas cards in value of $25 each, these cards would normally have been given out during club outings, as the outings to date have been cancelled due to Covid 19 it was decided to ask Libby Rayworth to make the draw.  President Roger Bourgeois advised winners included Bob Buzzel, Trueman Copp, Paul Deware and Leander Gauvin.  Congratulations to the winners who will receive their cards in the near future.  Information already passed to members by Bob Cormier.

President advised all club activities in the calendar until the end of July have been cancelled.  Rick Estabrooks has already updated the calendar.

With travel restrictions in place for the Atlantic provinces it is difficult to plan or organize club activities.  The executive are mindful of the health and safety of all members.   With part of New Brunswick scheduled to open up to activities of up to 50 people the club may try to organize an evening run, possibly an hour,  with all participants staying in their cars, no socializing and everyone keeping the recommended social distance.  More to be decided in the coming days.  If such an event could take place Bob Cormier would send out an e mail to participants with date and time as well as strict guidelines.

Bills for payment in the amount of $175.19 submitted.  Current balance of $XXXX provided by Treasurer Wornick Price.

All participants thanked Bob Cormier for arranging the Chat and setting it up for us less tech savvy participants.

Another Chat to be scheduled for the first week of July in the event travel restrictions between Provinces continue.

Helen Estabrooks
