Video Chat – 7pm

Present :  Bob Cormier, Rick and Helen Estabrooks, Roger and Angela Bourgeois, joining by phone Wornick Price

President Roger Bourgeois welcomed all. 

Minutes of previous meeting can be reviewed online.

Old Business :  1)  Planned run on Oct 10 with the PEI Corvette Club had to be cancelled due to pandemic requirement of 10 people or less.  Lobster run planned for Oct 17 cancelled for the same reason.
2)  Run held on Oct 24 (requirement off the table of 10 people or less) arrangements made to travel to Alma where participants picked up lobster to take home and eat had 11 cars participate.
3)  From now to the end of the year there are no more planned runs or gatherings only the monthly meetings to be held by video chat.
4)  Final membership total is 100.

Financial Report :  Expenses of $127.72 with no deposits, bank balance XXXXX, accepted as read by treasurer Wornick Price.

New Business :  1)  Membership fees for 2021 could be waived for those who paid in 2020 to be discussed further at December meeting.
2)  Donation from the club will be put on hold until 2021 as the pandemic is still present and it is difficult to determine what the future will look like at this point. 2021 is the 30th anniversary of the Moncton Corvette Club and the club will need extra money for events for the Atlantic Nationals should the pandemic be over by that time.  Decision was made to provide 4 turkeys for the turkey drive at a value of approx $75 all in agreement.
3)  Election of officers, an email will be sent to all members with request to provide nominations to either President or Vice President by Dec 7, 2020.  Positions are President, Vice President, Events Coordinator, Treasurer and Secretary.

Next meeting scheduled for Dec 7, 2020 at 7pm
